Forty years ago "Gino" Passiatore left his home in Gioia Del Colle and open in Foglizzo his own factory called CASEIFICIO PASSIATORE LUIGI. His big experience and skill permit him to continue and to grow the production. All the milk came from piedmont cows and is daily trasformed and distributed. In the years at the tipical puglia cheese like mozzarelle, scamorza, ricotta, silani the factory added piedmont products like tomini, toma, primosale and paglie. All the critical steps in the production are still supervised by "Gino" as warranty of quality and perfect taste. The quality is also certified by customer fidelity that in theese 30 years continue to buy.
